Without Measurement.

When it is extremely difficult to measure someone’s resources, influence, and access, they may have reached the highest level of existence. This person exists without resistance or cost. An ultra-wealthy person may experience minimized costs due to their ability to afford the cost of the consequences they may create due to their actions.
