Water exists [as is] throughout the universe without form or purpose. Water simply floats around in massive plumes in outer space, covering and hiding under the surfaces of countless planets, moons, and asteroids. Imagine the Spirit of God animating the waters by interacting with water. Water can not be denied. Not even a star is free of water.
